This project was probably an experience that I will never experience again in my life. I don't think I will ever get out of my comfort zone this much in my life, meditate and do yoga every day in the middle of nature with classical music, and eat vegan. "Path to Harmony" is the project of my firsts. I feel very lucky to have gone to this project in a region of Latvia where there is almost no one else except us in the rural area. If someone had told me before that you will go to a sauna in Latvia, swim in its lake, eat vegan for 1 week, live in harmony with nature and will not be afraid of insects, I would not believe it and laugh. But with this project, I experienced everything for the first time. I had a unique experience, I zeroed out all kinds of comfort under a modest life. At first, all of this seemed very difficult, I said how will 1 week pass, but I left the project by accumulating very enjoyable and beautiful memories. First of all, I would like to thank my Turkish teammates who supported each other throughout the project and had fun together, and the Lidosk team who gave us this chance.

Hello, my name is Beray. I participated in a project called "Path to Harmony" in Latvia. During the project, I had the opportunity to get away from the chaos and noise of the city where I live and focus on myself. I made great friendships and I look forward to seeing them again in the second phase of the project. Thanks to the project, I learned how to manage my stress and I feel completely refreshed. I continued to do some of the activities we did in the project at home when I returned home and I found them very beneficial. This was my first project experience, so I had some concerns, but I didn't have any problems despite being my first. The project officials did their best to solve even the slightest of my problems. I thank them all very much. It was an amazing experience for me. I would like to thank LİDOSK for the opportunity to participate in such a project.
